Epoxy is a product that is installed over concrete. The installation process begins with flooring preparation. The floor is cleaned and then mechanically prepared, ensuring that the epoxy will properly bond to the concrete. The epoxy consists of resins and hardeners mixed together. Once mixed, the epoxy is then squeegeed, backrolled, and allowed to self level. Resin Flooring North East Ltd can apply a polyurethane top coat for wear resistance or anti slip properties over the epoxy.

When this process is complete and the epoxy has cured, the resulting product is a reflective, long-lasting, super hard surface, perfect for warehouses, construction companies, stores, and other commercial settings. It is impact resistant, heat resistant, and capable of bearing heavy weights without cracking or flaking.
